As an Energy Audit, reducing energy usage without compromising comfort and performance requires energy efficiency. Reducing the amount of CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere can also make us more sustainable. Energy efficiency refers to the ability to achieve optimal outcomes in a particular task while using the fewest energy resources possible. We can lessen our use of all forms of energy and the corresponding effects on the environment. This holds for both energy generation and consumption.
